I can highly recommend Hobby Search (http://www.1999.co.jp/eng) for new Nendoroids as well, they send them in generously sized boxes with plenty of packing material to keep them safe. They also charge a reasonable price for figures and shipping, and you can collect points for future discounts.

Mandarake can be good for second-hand figures as they are often in perfect condition or very minor damage to packaging but be aware that they only ship by more expensive EMS (no airmail or SAL), they will mark packages as gifts and sometimes put the customs value of the items much lower than they actually are. If you can, it’s much better to go visit their stores in real life!
